TO, THE PRIME MINISTER

WHAT after THE ATTACK on CRPF

Now that we have lost our 40 brave hearts, time has come for action. For 30 years now, our soldiers have been bleeding in Jammu kashmir. Yes, Kashmir is important and integral part of India and will always remain so. What about the precious lives of our soldiers whether army, crpf, or JK police?

We have been labelled as a soft power
by our very own defence analysts seen on tv news debates every night. They are the ones who have served forces for nearly 30 to 40 years. They understand Kashmir better as they have served in JK & they know very well how our security personnel's one hand is always tied.
Is this how India will become a super power? Does the world super powers behave the way we behave softly when terror strikes our security forces.

It all began with going soft on terrorists during the Hazratbal siege in the early 90's.The then political leadership drowned in appeasement politics actually tied Indian army's both the hands. I read on internet how our army wanted to cut electrical & water supply when terrorists laid siege on Hazratbal but all went in vain. Look now, where we have come & also Kashmir. One wrong step of our leadership changed it all.

India need to send a strong message to Pakistan and also to the world, but instead, we behave like a nation short of a will to fight back. We suddenly remind ourselves that we are a nation of non voilence, ahimsa, Buddha , Mariyada Purushottam Rama, a nation of daanveer (sacrificing) Karna.
Yes, we really are, but today, India's scenario is different. India has been facing proxy war for past 30 years now.

The country believed, PM Modi will take very stern, strong action against Pakistan in case there is a terror attack. PM Sir, you have continued with Congress's policy to go soft on terror. Yes, you did showed the will & determination to take on terror in 2016, when India responded with a surgical strike.
The countrymen still have tremendous faith in you, Mr. Prime Minister.

The question is why are we soft on Pakistan? India should have the will & resolve against terror. India's resolve to tackle terror should reflect in India's decision & policy making on terror & Pakistan.

India's attitude towards terror is like that of a weak nation. Are we incompetent? Does our political leadership lack will? Our army is strong, are these mere words for tv debates ? What stops our political leadership? I wonder. Can't we avenge blood of our soldier once for all? Make Pakistan bend on its knees. Are we  scared of international community? Are we scared of Pakistan's nuclear threats? I don't think Pakistan will ever use a nuclear bomb, no country can dare do so in today's world.

Why not India shut down it's high commission in Pakistan?
Are we having good relations with Pakistan? than why have a embassy at all? We should call back our ambassador from Pakistan permanently. Like former PM Vajpaee did in 2001-02. That was done for a short period of time, now India should do it for forever. Pakistani artists & singers should be banned officially & no need to bow down to any 'aman ki asha' brigade. Pakistan bleeds our soldiers, so why let their artists earn Indian money.

The proxy war that Pakistan has unleashed on India will continue unless we take a strong action militarily or diplomatically.

Isolating Pakistan internationally will do nothing, The fact is no country can be isolated in today's world forget pakistan. Look at north korea, America is engaging with north korea. So where is the isolation. Pakistan is located at a strategic place on world map sharing boders with Iran, Afganistan. The world can slap some sanctions on Pakistan's face but not isolate pakistan totally. Saudi Arabia, UAE are dear friends of Paskistan they will never isolate  pakistan, also because they share same religion. We ourselves have to teach Pakistan a lesson otherwise Pakistan will continue sending terrorists, will continue brainwashing kashmiri youth to join terror. Using home grown kashmiri militants for terror attacks is the new norm. By doing so, it has become easier for pakistan to say, " humara koi haath nahin hai". ( we have nothing to do with terror attack )
The real problem are the terror camps operating in Pakistan occupied Kashmir, Pakistan army & ISI. Unless we handle them with an iron fist nothing is going to change. India will keep loosing soldiers.

As I'm  writing, India has lost one army major, three jawans & a JK policeman today in pulwama encounter. We lost Maj.Chitresh bisht on saturday. Total 46 martyred since pulwama attack. God bless their souls. India will always remember.....

F.I.R. on the army has become a norm.We need to change this. India need to stand with it's forces who work under very difficult circumstances in Kashmir not only facing bullets, stones but also very harsh weather conditions specially during winters and a very difficult terrain too.

Financial support to martyred soldier's family is more necessary than increasing MP's salaries. An increase in netas salaries was announced during last year's budget like a trophy for not letting Parliament to function.
When it come to soldiers, suddenly there is shortage of money. A man who gives his life & blood for country, certainly his family deserves more. Mostly, jawans come from poor families. Their families should be taken care of financially.

The Kashmiri separatists enjoy security provided by the government. Who bear the cost? Government. From where the money comes? Taxpayers.
Taxpayers money should be used for those who lay down their lives for India ? Not for security of anti nationals. Withdraw their security. They claim, they are not Indians. Why give them security? ( As I write this post, security of some separatists is withdrawn. )
Thanks to the PM.

As a common citizen I feel, India does not have a kashmir policy and it gives an impression that our governments are confused on Kashmir whether BJP or Congress. Lack of political will has made Kashmir what it is today. Our government is quiet on radicalization that is going on in Kashmir, the previous government was also quiet.
Our soldiers are being hit, stone pelted, lynched like Ayub pundit,
kidnapped & then brutally killed like Rifleman Aurangzeb & Lt.Umar Faiyaz.

Remember how a CRPF jawan
was insulted while returning from election duty. His helmet was kicked, he was thrashed by mob. We praised him for his patience he showed. "O look, how calmly he is walking, he's not retaliating". Instead we should have discussed how our successive governments have put soldiers in such a difficult situation. He would have retaliated his brother at home even if his brother would have hit him playfully.
He Kept Quiet because He Wore Uniform. He had a Family back at home.

The Prime Minister should engage with common kashmiri youth.
It can be done through video conference. Engaging with students, common kashmiris will bridge the gap between government & Kashmir directly.
Talking to Pakistan will be a futile exercise and talk to Pakistan for what?
Are we giving our Kashmir to them? No.
Are we resettling our borders with Pakistan?
No.
Then talk on what ? The only thing to be discussed with Pakistan is TERROR & TERROR.

Kashmir valley's political class is not doing enough to address grievances of the people. A nineteen year old kashmiri boy was brain washed, radicalised to become a fidayeen. Valley's politicians should be the first ones to encourage kashmiri youths not to pick up guns. The only thing they are good at is blaming the centre for every wrong that is going on in Kashmir. They should bridge the gap between centre & the kashmiris.
It looks like Kashmir's politicians only responsibility is to get votes in the name of Kashmir issue. The more the Kashmir mess the more votes.
Therefore, centre should take the initiative to address grievances.

Prime Minister should take advice from ex servicemen on Kashmir for they understand Kashmir better, they understand Kashmir's psyche, it's people & their mindsets because they have worked for a good number of years on the ground. I think, their understanding of Kashmir is better than the bureaucrats who may have visited Kashmir only for holidays & may have interacted only with bureaucracy and not the people on ground.

Developing India is our duty but
not to leave Kashmir on it's own fate. Kashmir is our part and Kashmiris are, our very own people.
Only announcing financial packages for valley's development is not enough, building roads, schools, highways is good but not enough.
Winning hearts and minds of kashmiris is as important & who better than PM Modi can do it.

' VEER  NAARI'  Woman behind the soldier! Veer naari: the woman behind the soldier - this is a tribute to the woman behind the Indian soldier, her sacrifice as a wife, she is the force behind the man she loves, that he is able to do his duty well.  The woman behind the soldier We sing glory of her soldier man,  but seldom think of her! She, who sacrifice silently, She, who knows country is his first love, family second.... & she is last on his list... But this doesn't break her down,  she keeps the smile, & proudly wear his 'SINDOOR'! She, the woman behind the soldier! Perform all his duties as a son or a father would. She miss spending, some of the best moments of her life with him... She miss sharing the first kick of their child in her womb... She miss his fragrance,  togetherness, staring at the full moon! She is the source of strength for him... As he stand tall against the enemy gun... & live without worrying about home,...
