How I learnt to cop up with my faliures - My inspiration to fight back

From where I got the strength to accept my failures & fight them out... From being an army aspirant to being a Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patient with deformities was difficult and Coping with failures  of this kind was all the more difficult but I needed to fight it off. At the beginning I was furious, almost used to break down on everything, unable to cop up with the fact that my world came crashing down with my dreams shattered. My frustration of being a failed person which I never was from my childhood, became my life. I always loved cracking jokes, I had good sense of humor, I was always enthusiastic and loved talking and convincing people when they felt low, but anxiety took over me. I was unable to accept the reality of being a crippled person with deformities. I was fond of makeup, long hair, loved styling myself, now I was bedridden. You need to have a strong mind to deal with a situation like mine but I being an emotional person it was difficult but I new,  I had ...

My experience on how I started coping with my biggest failure -People's reaction

people react when you struggle - People's mindset  So, as I wrote in my previous article that I always wanted to be an army officer but I suffered from severe Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) which crippled me to the extend that I could not even open a toothpaste tube or brush teeth. Severe RA cripples you for life.  How was my journey from being an Army aspirant to going into a shell and then coping with it and finding happiness.  When you have a diseased, crippled body with deformities which makes you eat, drink, walk with great difficulty  even after medication, it  breaks you down. I could not even lift a glass full of water, RA crippled me to such an extent. Life is not the way I wanted it to be. I consider it a failure. I was depressed & worried for my life ahead. In India, a girl who suffers from a disease and cannot get married people often look at her like a  bechaari(poor thing) . Whenever I visited doctor's clinic people, specially women would see m...

My experience How I started coping with my biggest failure?

My experience on how I started coping with my biggest failure & anxiety that comes with it. In this article I will tell you how I dealt with my biggest failure and anxiety.  Coping with failures is difficult. Failure hits hard need to cop with through inspiration.  Here's my experience on how I started coping with my failures.  I  was always fascinated towards the army. I always wished to be an army officer and also get married to an army officer and have children who would be army officers one day. This was the dream I cherished from my teenage. This was all I wanted in my life. Faliure is not just about not getting what we want in life or being unsuccessful, it can be what we had but we lost it like a good healthy body but lost a leg, a hand, or had severe rheumatoid arthritis which turned into deformities, destroying a healthy body making you almost disabled. You can conquer some of the failures quickly but some failures take time to come to terms ...

Urban botanics Rose water: A Review

Rose water is a natural skin toner. In India we have been using it as a part of our skincare regime for centuries. Rose has antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties.  Before I begin, I list some of rose water uses: ● reduce dark spots,  ● even tones the skin,  ● acts on acnes ● It balances skin's PH.  Photo : Anju  Urban botanics rose water comes in a spray bottle. I will not talk of it's packaging because I don't consider packaging as an important part of the review. I consider product's effectiveness matters the most. You buy effective product again & again but you don't buy ineffective product with excellent packaging.  Urban botanics rose water as claimed by the brand is - ●steam distilled  ●Additives free ●Preservatives free  ●100% pure rose water Photo: Anju  Quantity:  It's a 200ml bottle will last long. Expiry date:  One year  Smell:  A mild smell. Smell tells you whether artificial fragrance is add...
