One year of Pulwama attack. What has changed?

On 14th  February the grusome Pulwama terror attack on CRPF jawans completes one year. More than 40 of our Brave men were martyred in this gruesome deadly terror attack on crpf. No one imagined India will avenge the killing of Pulwama martyrs by launching an air strike across the line of control,  deep inside Pakistan territory. The most important part is that the Balakot air strikes will also complete one year on 26 February. The question is what has changed in the past one year? First - the Balakot air strikes itself  was a change in India's approach towards tackling terror.  India was seen as a soft state. All these years we were quiet and would run to international community crying about Pakistan sponsored terrorism. We would expect America to do something about it. We hardly thought why would America do our job when it needs Pakistan for it's own self interests. Thank God we learnt our lessons from our past mistakes and finally government  gave a go ah...

India needs to promote panchkarma among masses like Yoga.

One thing that is very much prevalent in India is that we forget our very own sciences, traditions which dates back to thousand years. Like ayurvedic treatment called Panchkarma. India had switched to gyms & had forgotton about yoga until the west started appreciating it.  Yoga became popular once again thanks to the west who started practicing it and coming to India to learn it. Soon, we Indians started practicing it by looking at it's popularity in United states & some European countries like England. It was only after yoga gained popularity in the west that we were reminded of it's exceptional benefits on health.  It was not as if we had totally forgotten it but we had sidelined it but now it has gained immense popularity specially among common people.  Thanks to  Swami Ramdev that he made yoga a household name. He brought yoga to common man's home. He should be credited for making yoga a household name in 21st century India.  Similarly,  ...
